Dinacharya, the daily routine, is cornerstone of Ayurvedic living. Aligning our activities with natural rhythms helps maintain doshic balance and promotes optimal health. Each time of day is governed by different doshas.
Ideal Daily Schedule:
- 6-10 AM (Kapha time): Wake up, exercise, meditation
- 10 AM-2 PM (Pitta time): Work, main meal
- 2-6 PM (Vata time): Creative activities, light snack
- 6-10 PM (Kapha time): Dinner, family time, relaxation
Oil pulling with sesame or coconut oil first thing in the morning supports oral and overall health.
