Yes, all our products are carefully crafted in India, following traditional Ayurvedic methods.

Currently, we sell primarily online, but you can find select products in our retailers store at Coimbatore,  Tamilnadu.

2. What is Tailam?

Tailam refers to Ayurvedic medicinal oils, used for massage and therapeutic purposes.

3. What are Kashayam, Arishtam, Leham, Ghritham, Churnam, and Gulika?

These are classical Ayurvedic formulations—ranging from herbal decoctions, tonics, ghee-based remedies, powders, to tablets.

4. What do you mean by “new generation products”?

These are modern formulations created with traditional Ayurvedic herbs but designed for today’s lifestyle needs.

5. Are your products free from harmful chemicals?

Yes, all products are free from parabens, sulfates, synthetic fragrances, and harmful chemicals.

6. Do you use natural or organic ingredients?

We use 100% natural herbs, oils, and minerals. Many are sourced organically where possible.

7. Can I see the ingredient list?

Yes, each product label has full lists of ingredients for transparency.

8. Are your products suitable for all skin types?

Most of our products are suitable for all skin types. For sensitive skin, we recommend a patch test first.

Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible.

4. How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

5. Do you charge a restocking fee?

No, we do not charge restocking fees.

Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are usually borne by the customer, unless the error is ours.
